Technology that fits a careful budget: keep what works, fix what does not, and stop paying for what you do not use.

What It Takes

What charities, associations and community organisations need from their technology

A clear list of what you pay for

Every phone, internet and software bill in one place, so the board can see where the money goes.

Donor and client data protected

Backups, access set per person, and staff and volunteers shown how to spot a bad email.

Tools volunteers can use

Phones and shared files simple enough for people who are in one day a week.

In the Twin Ports

Nonprofits in Duluth and Superior

Nonprofits is on the list of industries we serve from our office on Tower Avenue in Superior: charities, associations and community organisations across the Twin Ports and the Northland. The Census business surveys do not count most organisations of this kind, so there is no local figure to give here.

Both states also have a breach-notice law: Minnesota's (Minn. Stat. 325E.61) and Wisconsin's (Wis. Stat. 134.98) require a business to tell people when their personal information is taken.
