1 Call Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides managed IT, business phone systems, cybersecurity, cloud, internet and payment processing services to businesses, from our office at 1507 Tower Ave #309, Superior, Wisconsin 54880. Information you give us. When you request a free technology review, fill out a form, call or email us, we collect what you provide, such as:
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and the tools described below collect information such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, how you reached our site, and how you interact with our pages (for example, clicks and scrolling).
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure how many people visit our site, which pages they view and which requests they send. Google's use of this information is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session replays that record clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity does not record what you type into form fields. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
We use a search optimization service (Search Atlas) that loads a script on our pages to deliver page titles and descriptions, and a security service (Wordfence) that protects the site from attacks. Both may process your IP address and browser information for those purposes.
The tools above use cookies and similar technologies to tell visits apart and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them, although some measurements will not.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your request, appointments and our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep request and customer information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Analytics tools keep their data for the periods set in those tools.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@1calltechnologies.com or calling (855) 770-9127. We may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations or to finish work you asked for.
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
